How to lose Fat, Fatness, or Heaviness under control meals.

Fatness, Heaviness, or Obesity is a problem for many people today. So many solutions are explained in many ways like social media, television, newspapers, and magazines. 

we are going to tell you that the latest method which most people use in Asia. 
we would be pleased to introduce Dr. Janaka Wannaku founder of this amazing method. 


Go to sleep before 10 o'clock at night

Don't get breakfast usually and drink only water till noon
Have a lunch afternoon as bellow

* Rice "yogurt cups" (cups) 1
* 2 cups of coconut sambol
* 1 cup of green vegetables
* 2 cups of meat or fish
  (If not enough, you can get 2 cups of curd)

Please have dinner before 7 o'clock
You can have 4-6 eggs scrambled with some vegetables.
Don't get sugar, bread, milk, vegetable oil, processed food.
Do not eat bread or foods related to wheat flour apart from the two main meals. 

Do excise twice a week
Squats 7
Push-ups 7
Walking Lung 7/7
Bridge 7
Rowing 7
Do as many circles as you can in twenty minutes. 
Twice a week. it means only forty minutes for the whole week.
